Nicholas is a Preston personal trainer. Ever since I was young, I would always watch Bruce Lee and Arnold. I always wanted to be a martial artist. I started training (on and off) when I was 16 years of age and only got serious when I was 22 and also started martial arts and kickboxing. Boxing helps with speed, power, self confidence and if you are having a bad day it is a great stress releaser. Cardio is also about building endurance.
