Nicholas is a Preston personal trainer. Ever since I was young, I would always watch Bruce Lee and Arnold. I always wanted to be a martial artist. I started training (on and off) when I was 16 years of age and only got serious when I was 22 and also started martial arts and kickboxing. Two years into this, I enjoyed it so much, I developed a passion and desire for teaching and training. This lead to my decision to become a personal trainer.
Following this, having thoroughly enjoyed it and knowing I had the discipline I decided to go into bodybuilding and have been doing bodybuilding for 4 years now. I find that through bodybuilding, the 3Ds (Desire, Discipline, Determination) have helped me achieve my goals and results. Even though it is not easy to follow the 3Ds, I love to share all my experience with all my clients and aim to educate them on each aspect of the 3Ds.

D1. Desire - the wanting to achieve is the beginning. I help you on that journey, once you have made the choice to change
D2. Discipline - the experience I've had in weight-training, martial-arts, weight-loss all help me to instil discipline in my clients' routines
D3. Determination - this stems from the results of discipline; after having achieved the goals and having seen what it takes I know how to help my clients achieve the same
