Meet Lou

Lou is a Preston personal trainer. -I've never lost a client during my 20 years of training people

-Going from an obese and broken body in my teenage years (due to a sever car accident, which also prevented me from doing any sort of physical activity for more than 18 months), I have rehabilitated myself to be one of Australia's best bodybuilders (IFBB & NABBA).

-I have been training people for more than 20 years and I bring all this experience to all my clients

Training Style & Influences

-I am the hardest trainer out there. My motto is 'failure is not an option' and I do not allow my clients to fail.

-I am an excellent motivator, with a psychology to succeed. With me, there is only one way and that is success.
