Training Style & Influences
In today's society we all have busy lifestyles, so it is imperative we help people get the most out of their exercise program with a minimum of time.
The basic principles of strong high-intensity weight-training for muscle, pilates, core stability and flexibility to prevent injury and cardio/endurance training for fitness and weight management still apply today. There is no need for fluffy time-wasting exercise.
