Phil is a Preston personal trainer. -Played footy for more than 10 years
-Got into weight training to build physique for footy and loved it
-Throughout my life, have done a lot of physical / laboring work
-Had a serious back injury and through weight training rehabilitated myself over a period of 4 years of hard work
-I want to share my knowledge and experience with others

-One-on-one, hands-on - love to train together with my clients (rather than just instruct) and push them to their limits.
-Adapt my porograms to what clients need and want
-I keep my training sessions interesting, constantly changing clients' programmes to keep them interested

  • One the job experience of more than 5 years
  • Weight-training for more than 20 years
