Demi is a Preston personal trainer. I have always been very athletic since primary school and have been involved in various sports such as sprinting, netball, basketball (all-round sports person). I
slowed down for a while when I had a little girl 10 years ago, to become a stay home mum. At about 35 years of age, I was given the opportunity to train at a gym. Although my training partner pulled out, I kept going and have never looked back since. Since then I have won numerous titles and have travelled all around the world to represent Australia in Female Figures (US, Germany, England)
Training Style & Influences
-Train everybody individually according to what they need. All my clients have an individual program
-I use my existing experience as a guideline and I always research my work to ensure my clients are getting the best program for their needs. I even collaborate with a physio to when required
-I have gained a lot of nutritional knowledge through my many years of training and competing and I always keep up to date with new research to ensure my clients always receive the most up to date advice
