Boxing Fitness Class
Boxing Fitness will challenge you mentally and physically. It will captivate and beguile you. When done correctly your entire being is challenged, absorbed and rewarded. Proper boxing movements will give you strength, stamina, speed, agility, better reflexes, better co-ordination and balance. You don’t need to fight to get the benefits but you do need to work. And you will lose weight, you will improve muscle tone and more importantly, you will feel great.
Boxing Fundamentals
Learn the fundamentals of boxing. Proper technique and movement. This class is ideal for those at entry level who want to learn the fundamentals while also wanting a workout. You will be given some gentle guidance on boxing technique that will help set you up for the more advanced evening sessions.
