Welcome to Not a Gym Seaford – Your Holistic Health & Fitness Centre
Not a Gym Seaford has been servicing the community since 2005 and won the 2017 Scope “Do It Better Community Award”.
We call ourselves Not a Gym to try and separate us from the big centres that don’t offer much supervision, support and don’t accommodate well for beginners.
Since 2005 our Seaford gym has expanded our premise multiple times to accommodate the growing community. Our new Seaford gym is located at 62 Hartnett Drive Seaford. What to expect from Not a Gym Seaford.

Not a Gym Carrum Downs Gym Overview
We call ourselves Not a Gym Seaford to try and separate us for the big centres that don't offer ongoing support or don't accommodate well for beginners. We don't have hundreds of complicated machines but prefer to hold Group or one-on-one sessions to ensure a high level of supervision is provided.
We offer functional training, a Seaford HIIT gym, Bootcamp, over 40 classes per week, Seaford Yoga, Womens Weight-loss Club and so much more.
The programs and classes we run are not like the mainstream 'gyms'. They have better variety and flexibility to and accommodate all ages and fitness levels.

Group Fitness @ Not a Gym Carrum Downs
BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles,
music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!
