Our bespoke workouts are expertly crafted by Exercise Scientist, Damien Kelly, for maximum fitness impact in less time. Our programs are unique and broken down into different styles of workouts so you can get the best total week of training imaginable. Our signature sessions are metabolic circuit workouts but our specialty sessions include core and abs, pure strength, outdoor, Bondi Yoga and Boxing. Group training makes the workouts more fun and interesting and can raise your intensity by approximately 25%.
