Fitness Classes @ Long Live You Prahran
BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles,
music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!

What to expect at Long Live You Outdoor Group Personal Training?
Expect to have fun, experience loads of variety, novelty and fitness and be supported by a group of enthusiastic and encouraging team mates.
Memberships:
Membership costs depend on how many sessions attended each week. We offer a single session per week for $25, 2 sessions per week for $38 and unlimited sessions per week for $48. We do not apply a joining fee, but do have a 3 month minimum membership.
