Training in small groups is fun and you’ll work harder when you’re being motivated by a FitMiss Trainer. There are over 20 sessions to choose from each week and most sessions are 30 minutes (there are a couple of 45 minute sessions on the weekend) so you’ll have no problem squeezing that into a busy day. Plus you don’t need to book, just come along to a class at a time that suits you.
