What better way to reach your health and fitness goals but to have your own Food Coach! With the FitMiss Food Coaching Program you'll meet weekly with your Food Coach. Initially you will set short and long term goals that you wish to achieve. You'll also complete a weekly weigh and measure. A food diary is a great tool for improving nutrition and helping with weight loss. Each week you will bring along your completed food diary for analysis by your Food Coach. You'll be given tips and advice on how to improve your nutrition and eating habits to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals.
