Everything I need is in the Key.

STEP ONE: Insert Key into Wellness Expert. Select your workout and check in.

STEP TWO: Go to first workout station, as instructed by the wellness Expert. Insert key and follow exercise prompts.

STEP THREE: At completion of exercise, the key will indicate your next station.

STEP FOUR: At the end of workout, return to the welness expert and insert key. Record any additional exercises and check out.

STEP FIVE: View workout results and receive feedback.
