At Challenge Me Fitness West Ryde gym we provide a state of the art training facility with the latest from Technogym. Our high tech facility incorporates the Technogym Wellness key which tracks your workout on each wellness station.Everything I need is in the Key.STEP ONE: Insert Key into Wellness Expert. Select your workout and check in.STEP TWO: Go to first workout station, as instructed by the wellness Expert. Insert key and follow exercise prompts.STEP THREE: At completion of exercise, the key will indicate your next station.STEP FOUR: At the end of workout, return to the welness expert and insert key. Record any additional exercises and check out.STEP FIVE: View workout results and receive feedback.
