Join our motivating classes running in 5 dedicated group fitness studios inc. The Vault - HIIT and functional training area, Wellness studio for Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates studio and Spin cycle studio with a revolutionary Virtual Class system.
We also have a variety of aquatic facilities inc. 50-metre 10 lane Olympic-sized Keilor Downs swimming pool, Kids’ splash park with slides and water features, toddler pool, 2 massive water slide, Hydrotherapy pool, Relaxing sauna and steam room everything you need for a complete well-being experience.
Convenient on-site services that will complement your stay include On-site Crèche and Keilor Downs child minding, Six-suite wellness centre, Community program room including Sensory Room, Recovery Room and much more.

music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!
Join our Learn To Swim Program conducted by qualified instructors, in a friendly and safe environment. We offer a variety of fun and educational water safety programs catering for all abilities.
