The majority of our training sessions take place in our fully equipped Moonee ponds personal training studio. Combined with our dedicated, fun and friendly personal training team, our studio includes state of the art cardio including treadmills, cross trainers and rowers. We also provide a full range of strength training equipment including free-weights and easy to use pin and plate loading machines. Our knowledgeable team loves to add variety to your workout and may include TRX training, kettle bells, plyometrics, fitballs, tire flips, sledge hammers and so many more fun activities to keep you motivated and get you in shape.
