Dante is a Tullamarine personal trainer. In my free time I enjoy watching anime and sports, if I am not training or working I am probably sleeping. I used to play high level footy, karate, swimming and many other sports growing up. I started training in the gym at 13 years old to help me with footy.

I am very easy going, flexible and encouraging when it comes to coaching. I like to explain why we do things the way we do, as I believe it is very important that I educate my clients on these topics. Structured sessions and programs is what I use to track and progress my clients with their training and dietary goals.
