At 6 Degrees South Health and Fitness, we keep it simple. We have been servicing the Elwood, Elsternwick, St Kilda, Brighton and Caulfield area for more than 30 years and the one thing we know that members don’t want is an over-crowded fitness facility where they have to queue for equipment. Our Elsternwick gym includes a Hi-performance strength cage so you can train like an athlete.
Our Elsternwick gym offers a boutique training facility we control our membership base in order to provide exclusive access. That’s right, we are boutique, which means you get to train in an un-crowded Elsternwick gym 7 days a week using the equipment that you want to use throughout your workout.
If you have a membership with fitness class access, you will get access to our new FITZONE and our range of FITZONE Functional Interval Training classes including FIT Strength, FIT Cardio and FIT Combo. Other classes inc. Elsternwick Yoga, Boxing, Spin and our revolutionary virtual class system expanding your class routine to a time that suits you.
