This Fitness First signature yoga class is designed to build strength and increase energy. Our experienced Flow Yoga teachers will take you through a series of stretches, positions and routines that will help you regulate and control your breathing while giving you a total body workout.
Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Flow Yoga is practised in a room heated between 32 and 35 degrees to warm up your muscles and joints, encourage blood flow and increase flexibility. The heat also intensifies the practice and aids detoxification, creating a practice that is deeply cleansing. An exhilarating workout which builds physical co-ordination and mental focus.
