Gym Area

Located near the corporate and residential area of Adelaide City, at World Gym Adelaide we want you to get the most out of every workout - we have enough equipment so you won't have to wait in line. We are one of only a select few fitness facilities in Australia to have the prestige of being an 'Official Hammer Strength Training Centre' with a line up of over 15 of the latest Hammer Strength equipment custom built to World Gym specifications. Our state of the art VFA sound system, combined the best range of equipment in Adelaide and knowledgeable staff provides a motivating environment to help you become a better you.

Cardio Area/Theatre

At World Gym Adelaide, our aim is to make your workout as pleasant as possible, so we’ve opted for the latest high-tech cardio equipment from Life Fitness. Located on level 2 overlooking the entire gym floor, you’ll have a variety of channels to choose from throughout our Cardio Theatre so the choice will be yours, you can even use your iPod on the latest treadmills available. Or you could opt for the background music broadcast throughout our Adelaide gym.

Free-Weights Area

If you’re into training with weights then World Gym Adelaide is for you. We boast one of the most extensive free-weights areas seen in Adelaide, custom designed and made only for World Gym facilities. With brand names such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and an extensive IVANKO Free Weights Range you won’t be disappointed. World Gym Adelaide can cater for the beginner up to the experienced athlete with its extensive range of dumbbells, barbells, plate loading machines, benches and racks.

Aerobics Studio

The World Gym Adelaide facility has been spruced up with a purpose built group fitness room with sprung flooring. Showcasing a full menu of specialist Adelaide group fitness classes, our timetable includes Adelaide Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Muay Thai. All classes will be lead by qualified, experienced and world class instructors ensuring you get the best out of every workout.

Cycle Studio

"Welcome to our World". World Gym Adelaide includes a purpose built twilight cycle studio with an exclusive mural of Gold Coast scenery. All Adelaide spin cycle classes will be lead by qualified and accredited instructors ensuring you get the best out of every workout.

Abs & Stretch Area

World Gym Adelaide provides a spacious stretching and ab facility located on level 2 offering an array of medicine balls, fitballs, stretching mats, stretching bars and bright and vibrant Adelaide personal trainers ready to help you increase your flexibility and tighten up those abs.

Cafe

World Gym Adelaide provides a convenient on-site healthy cafe with a delicious and nutritional menu and a pro shop for all your supplement needs.

Exclusive Change Rooms

World Gym Adeialde features pristine Italian designed change room facilities usually only found in luxury hotels. We provide spacious lockers for your belongings, complimentary hair dryers, hair straighteners, shower facilities and more.

Ladies Gym

World Gym Adelaide understands that ladies sometimes need their own space, that’s why we provide a ladies gym. Furnished with the latest in easy to use strength training equipment - ‘Life Fitness’, our Adelaide ladies gym is a great place to train.
