The Werribee Sports and Fitness Centre is managed by YMCA and has an ever expanding Werribee gym. With the gym floor spread over three areas incorporating cardio theatre, free-weights, pin loaded machines and a boxing and stretching area the Werribee gym can cater for all fitness levels.As well as our full range of facilities, we provide a range of Werribee YMCA services including Fully qualified Werribee personal trainers, School Holiday activities, Aussie Hoops Oz Ball Program, teen gym, PrYme movers older adult programs and more.
