TRX Fight Fit: The TRX Fight Fit class is unique to UFC Gym where we combine TRX suspension bodyweight exercises with MMA cardio conditioning. This unique structure is designed to help build endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A TRX Fight Fit class uses heavy bags and TRX suspension trainer to include cardio calisthenics, suspension training, bag work, sprawls, shadow kickboxing, technical standing, break falling, pummelling, sitting through and core strengthening exercises.
