Fitness Classes @ Transcend Health & Fitness Southbank
BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles,
music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.
NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!
NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout
they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints.
Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed
classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a
class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.
Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!
Gym Membership Details
To avoid the consistent overcrowding of gyms, Transcend Health & Fitness only have a limited number of gym memberships available.
Gym memberships entitle members to full usage of the facility with the additional benefits of
- Free exercise prescription and
- Progressive assessments
Ensure that you are utilising your membership to its full potential!
We also offer a range of membership packages to suit your needs.
- Personal Training Membership
Designed for those who use our Personal Trainers to maximise their results, this membership entitles the holder to full use of the facility within operational hours and is offered at a lower monthly rate to encourage members to utilise the facility in conjunction with their personal training sessions to optimise the benefits.
- Full Access
This membership type entitles the holder to full use of the facility within hours of operation.
- Off Peak
For those who do not need to use the facility in peak periods, this membership is also offered at a lower rate but is subject to the conditions that holders can only use the facility between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, and anytime within weekend operational hours.
