TRAC's Thomastown gym is fitted out with 450sq/m of state of the art Technogym gym and cardio machines equipped with TV, internet and games. If weight lifting is more your scene TRAC's Thomastown gym has been designed with one section of free weights, pin loaded machines and the other section with beginners in mind. Relax, unwind and cool down in our dedicated stretch and abs area.We have also added a functional training area featuring the Queenax Training System which supports both suspended, bodyweight and functional group training.
