Meet Tayla

Tayla is a Caringbah personal trainer. I’m Tayla and I love spontaneous travel and keeping healthy and happy. I grew up with a very sporty active family that gave me the foundations to fall into the career I love and have chosen to be in. I love being in a field where I can have a laugh with my clients on a personal level and train them and push them in a professional level. I generally have a smile on my face because I have a job that makes me extremely happy and motivated.

HIIT style with a mixture of functional weight training to help people with their daily activities and cardiac health. I want to help people Live longer feel better!

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I always knew I wanted to work in health and fitness. At high school I lived for every athletes and swimming carnival and after shadowing a trainer for 12 months while I studied, I realised how rewarding coaching could be and I knew I had to keep pushing forward as it was for me.
