Meet Lyndal

Lyndal is a Caringbah personal trainer. I grew up overweight and as a young adult at my heaviest and unhappiest weighed over 105kg. After losing 40kg and also going through a mental and emotional transformation, all I want to do is help others live healthy and happy lives. I know how it feels on the opposite side and I know the journey will be hard and the reward is totally worth it. I transformed from someone who hid indoors and on the couch to someone who loves adventures, sunshine, living by the beach and being active every day.

Training Style & Influences

Fast and friendly with a mix of strength and conditioning. If you are willing to push yourself into the hurt zone, I will get you there! I thrive on being dedicated to you achieving your goals no matter what it takes.

    I specialise in weight loss transformations along with strength and conditioning training. I have a keen interest in sports and sports specific training coupled with knee rehabilitation. The above specialities combined with boxing and functional training achieves a great balance when looking at an overall fitness program.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

7 years ago I had a Coach help me through a massive weight loss journey where I lost 40kg. Throughout my transformation this Coach literally helped save my life, after which I quit my corporate accounting career to chase my dream of spending my life doing the same thing for as many others as I can
