Skye Fitness has over 20 years of experience training the community specialises in Preston women fitness training including mums.

Our Preston personal training studio provides a safe and clean environment where women can train in comfort with no judgement. Our studio is fully air-conditioned and we only cater for one client at a time to give our members the highest level of support, privacy with no interruptions.

Skye’s humble beginnings started as a gym and aerobics instructor before progressing into personal training. Now she is a small business owner running Skye Fitness Personal Training in Preston for over 20 years.

Along the way she has refined her knowledge and experience earning many qualifications. Her main specialisation is in Preston womens fitness and training for mums and their chidren, Skye's Personal Training provides a dedicated Preston personal training studio where she can take you through a weights, cardio, boxing Pilates and core workout. All workout are private and personalised for you.

Outdoor Fitness Membership Details

At Skye's Fitness we are able to offer a wide range of safe fitness, health and lifestyle services. I specialise in training mothers at home or in local parks with children of any age, and will tailor the session to suit the mother and child's needs.

As a qualified chef, I can also offer help and advice on sensible food choices, healthy menu planning and nutrition coaching.

At Skye's Fitness we will give you a FREE Health Session for all new clients. This includes:

- Health check
- Measurements
- Goal setting and analysis
- Nutritional advice  

I can cost-effectively tailor and deliver a program to help you improve your health and well-being. My packages include:

- 1 on 1 sessions
- Couple or partner sessions
