Hello, I’m Kate Mackie!

I’m a Carlton North personal trainer who is passionate about bringing exercise and fitness into my clients’ lives, no matter who they are. I believe that optimum health should be accessible to all, and that we should have fun while we’re at it!

I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years, and have enjoyed every single minute of it. Now I run Run It By Kate Outdoor Fitness In Carlton North where I teach a variety of programs, including HIIT, Resistance, Cardio, Yoga and Boxing.

We run outdoor fitness classes in the beautiful Princes Park in Carlton North. Outdoor fitness programs allow you to do your exercises while enjoying the fresh air and surrounded by greenery.
