The Plus Fitness Annangrove gym is located within the Annangrove Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Together they have been providing valuable fitness and swimming services to families and children in the wider community. Providing a comfortable family feel, the non-intimidating atmosphere has produced long-term clients.

The Annangrove gym combines our unique services plus a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor group fitness areas, on-site personal training, virtual cycle and the right mix of facilities and services to help you every step of the way.

Gym Area

Providing a comfortable family feel, our Annangrove gym provides members with an extensive range of easy to use strength training equipment. Our team of Annangrove personal trainers and instructors are always on hand and will assist you with correct technique for maximal results.

Cardio Area/Theatre

Providing a fully equipped cardio area, Plus Fitness Annangrove provides state of the art equipment which includes the latest, programmable, heart rate monitored treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and rowers. Exercisers can watch the latest Foxtel music and sports on our Plasma and LCD screens.

Free-Weights Area

Our comprehensive free-weights area at our Annangrove gym uses Olympic bars and plates with a range of free-weights to suit all levels and strengths. Our team of Annangrove personal trainers and instructors are always on hand to provide you with a personalised program to help guide you through an effective workout.

Aerobics Studio

Plus Fitness runs a variety of group fitness classes in Annangrove including, Power, Pilates, boxing and aqua. Personal Training is an important part of our exercise planning and programming. Your own Annangrove personal trainer will help motivate and guide you through an effective workout to help accelerate your results.
