Noreen is a Waurn Ponds personal trainer. Noreen has been an active person throughout her life and has been involved in the sports/fitness from a very young age. When she met her husband who was a professional cyclist she became more focused on her lifestyle and became interested in nutrition and day to day training. This then lead her to become qualified in the field in order to gain more knowledge and expertise. She completed a fitness Leader course, gaining a qualification in Certificate III and IV in fitness through the Gordon Institute. When all her studying was completed she was approached by Fernwood gym and has been happily working for them since 1996. Noreen loves the flexibility and the variety of her job, so when she started personal training in 2000 she was thrilled to work one one one with clients, helping them achieves their fitness goals. She has achieved several accolades helping clients reach their full potential on a personal level and she has been awarded Trainer of Victoria twice.
Training Style & Influences
My training is focused on my clients needs and fitness goals. I bring a variety of training focus areas to my sessions including; cross training, endurance training, strength and conditioning and stretch/flexibility. I work with my clients to develop a program suited to them in order to achieve results. I specialise in boot camps and short period programs where I focus on running, boxing, cross training and sports specific training.
