My training style is a mixture of bootcamp style training, boxing, body weight and weight training. My goal being to push you to your absolute max and reap the benefits from that. I try to fast track getting you fit by putting you through a collection of endurance based exercises in bootcamp, outdoor and circuit training while getting your strong. I help you tone through weight training and boxing. My fitness background over the past 5 years consists only of weight training, bootcamp and cardio fitness which I believe works and is something to stick with for the rest of your life to maintain results.

I grew up playing a range of sports both indoors and out. Later in life I become very involved in resistance training and managed to completely change my posture and shape my body. I also love running and frequently participate in competition races. I am Punchfit qualified and also like to do a lot of boxing in my downtime. I tend to avoid long rest periods to encourage one's hearth rate to stay up as well as teaching one how to get the accurate amount of oxygen in before the next round begins.
