Tahnesha is a Shepparton personal trainer. Tahnesha has played and competed in many sports throughout her schooling years including; little athletics, basketball, netball, soccer and long distance running. She has grown up in Shepparton and completed her studies in Fitness in Richmond, Melbourne and then moved back to Shepparton. She loves the gym environment and the friendships formed between clients, members and staff. The biggest reward for Tahnesha is seeing her clients achieve their goals and dreams. Her belief is " If you're not sore you haven't worked hard enough!!".
She is eager to work with her clients to assist them achieve their fitness goals, providing them guidance, support and motivation along the way.

Training Style & Influences
My sessions include strength training and cardio, mixed with a variety of exercises. I ensure that my sessions are fun and different so my clients are always motivated. My main focus is technique and ensuring clients are always exercising correctly to prevent injury through incorrect training. I also focus on my clients goals and review them regularly.
