She enjoyed every minute of it but unfortunately she needed to give up competitive sport for a few years due to work commitments. In 2006 Niki decided to give it another go, finishing third in State championships on her return and although it was a great achievement for her, she felt better and strongest that year due to training properly and strengthening the right muscles.

Niki does not compete anymore but plays basketball for fun and since 2007 she has been playing soccer for Mornington. She loves to keep fit and healthy, so as well as work she has a very active lifestyle.

I have been playing all sorts of sports since I was 8 years of age, so my sporting background is varied. Having trained for so long, I always make sure that my clients build their strength and fitness up slowly without burning themselves to the ground.

I love to mix the program up so my clients are doing something different each session.
