I like the idea of training hard but not necessarily long - so I specialise in efficient yet effective training for my clients. Weights and cardio in that order can be trained together for about 60-90 mins giving you long lasting results.

Boxing is one of my favourite ways to train and I include this in a lot of my personal training sessions. I have done a lot of work with Emazon training over the past 2 years which has been instrumental in my own body transformation through a combination of boxing, plyometrics and alternative style training. After he stopped he fell into the misdirection of a typical teenager. In 2004 during his first amateur title fight, Cameron snapped his right rib which stopped his short career. I do a variety of exercises on a weekly basis like running, swimming, cycling, kettlebell training, weight training and more. I train my clients on treadmills using interval training and circuit training which will help build them up to train outdoors. I also take them in the cycle room and do 5 minute intervals with weights. I have trained extensively since 2006 in body weight training which includes fitball, bosu and cable stability exercises so my clients are introduced to all these areas. They love it and I feel that's what keeps them coming back, variety is the spice of life.

Training Style & Influences
I've had a vast array of coaches throughout my life. I draw my inspiration from one of the best coaches I ever had. She was empathetic, tough, but fair. She also always tried to get the most out of the session. Even if you ever thought it was impossible, she would help encourage you and you would always finish one of her sessions. The feeling she gave you was empowering, not to mention you always slept like a baby after her session. This is where I take my influence from and hope to instill this type of training in my own clients.

Meet Robbie!
Robbie is a Macquarie Park personal trainer. Robbie is a passionate and driven personal trainer who puts his clients first. Robbie has always led an active lifestyle, playing a wide variety of sports but with a speciality in rugby union and athletics. Despite not being the most naturally gifted sportsman, hard work, commitment and sacrifice saw Robbie become an integral member of his school's premiership winning 1st XV rugby teams well as captaining his school athletics team to inter-school championship victory. Robbie is currently a rugby coach of a local Colts (under 21) team as well as hamming it up as his University's official school mascot.

Since receiving his fitness qualifications from the Australian Institute of Fitness, Robbie has strived to motivate and instill the same qualities in his clients that he has learnt from his own experiences. Robbie is goal oriented and a highly motivated personal trainer who sees the results of his clients as a reflection of his own personal effort. Working in tandem with Robbie as a trainer will see you become equally committed to reaching your goals whilst maintaining a balance and happy lifestyle.
