Meet Niki!
Niki is a Mornington personal trainer. Niki has been playing sports since she was eight years of age. From the age of eight until thirteen her main focus was basketball. Although she really enjoyed basketball she also had a strong interest in javelin throwing. From the age of twelve to twenty-one she competed nationally and internationally in her event as well as winning some State medals in the championships.

In 1994, Niki competed in Canada and came home with two gold, two silver and a bronze medal for the World Student Games. In 1999, she competed in China and finished 13th best in the World for School games.

Niki's passion for sport has given her great opportunities and she has had a fantastic experience. She enjoyed every minute of it but unfortunately she needed to give up competitive sport for a few years due to work commitments. Meet Kevin!
Kevin is a Springvale personal trainer. I have been working as a personal trainer for more than 15 years and have been in the fitness industry for more than 28! I bring my countless years of experience to all my clients.

During my younger years, I have worked for Nautilus (in the 80s) and was trained by Robert Draper (Nautilus National Trainer for Australia) on the Nautilus System.

I have been and still am actively involved in sports, including motor-cross, soccer, football (footy), and have been training since 1978!
Training Style & Influences
My training style depends on each client's needs and I specialise in creating time-efficient fitness programmes for the busy person. These often last less than 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week and offer clients who are too busy to waste hours at gyms to achieve excellent results without sacrificing a lot of their time.

I have had experience training and helping shape clients' lives for more than 15 years, from professionals with busy lifestyles to students to mothers. Basically if you want to get healthier and more fit, I can help you!
