My training at a boxing gym helped me realise the many benefits of boxing style training. At the age of 16, Cassandra also added cheerleading to her training, all whilst studying contemporary dance through high school.

Intertwining a career in many dance forms, Cassandra worked as a latin dance teacher at Arthur Murrays and has also been a freestyle podium dancer for various nightclubs around Melbourne. Her unique dance style has seen her perform alongside such International acts as `The Outlawz', `Mr. Timothy and Katie Underwood', `Inaday', `Tommy Lee' and `Kisstroyer'.

Cassandra openly admits that she is happiest in life wrapped around a pole. Her funky and sexy pole dance style has allowed her to perform around the world at Las Vegas, Cancun and Mykonos. Training Style & Influences
I combine my training in various dance styles such as jazz, latin, hip hop and funk with freestyle podium dance skills to provide a high energy and fun approach to pole dancing. I bring in a lot of core strength work to strengthen and tone the mid-section which gives you stability for more advanced tricks. I believe that pole dancing is a complete all over body workout that conditions every muscle for inner and outer well-being.
