I've had a vast array of coaches throughout my life. I draw my inspiration from one of the best coaches I ever had. She was empathetic, tough, but fair. She also always tried to get the most out of the session. Even if you ever thought it was impossible, she would help encourage you and you would always finish one of her sessions. Cameron is a Northmead personal trainer. Cameron started out doing martial arts as a young boy from the age of 11 until he was 16. After he stopped he fell into the misdirection of a typical teenager. In 1999 after a 4 month adventure in South America, Cameron began to focus once more, training in mixed martial arts and kick boxing - competing in amateur tournaments in Sydney.

In 2004 during his first amateur title fight, Cameron snapped his right rib which stopped his short career. With so much time on his hands, he didn't want to waste it so he completed his gym instructor certificate while he was recovering. My training style is always focused on the individual's needs. I always like having a goal for each session which has to be achieved. Kettle bells are the new craze and I really enjoy incorporating them and mixing it in my workouts with difference exercises. Training Style & Influences
I fell in love with the style of Pilates 4 years ago. As a participant I felt the benefits and now incorporate Pilates style movements into my training sessions to increase overall toning, strengthening and lengthening. It also helps with relaxation and connects mind and body. My style also includes cardio boxing helping to burn those calories. It has helped me change my body composition in only a few weeks. I want my clients to experience this in their world.

Variety is the main key to my workouts. I add high intensity workouts for fat burning and high resistance, boxing, circuit for sport specific conditioning. I love creating personalised programs and motivating clients in a fun way, doing things they wouldn't find enjoyable alone. Sessions are based around progressing the client and making them happy by helping them achieve RESULTS!
