I take your training from A - Z. I don't focus on one aspect but all the necessary aspects to change your life - from exercise & nutrition, to lifestyle changes. I analyse your diet and daily behaviours, culture, genetic background, experience, level of training and use my own methods to get you results. I always emphasise proper technique based on your body structure. I use my many years of experience training different clients, which is a mix of western and eastern training methodologies.
