My military training has helped me to use more bodyweight exercises in my training. My training style is based on intensity, variety and recovery. These 3 principles are imperative in any exercise regime. All my sessions revolve around functionality, improving core stability and correcting posture. Most sessions involve compound movements and often vary in repetition ranges and number of sets performed.

Training Style & Influences
My training involves a lot of bodyweight training, which I learnt from when I was training as a fighter. I love to incorporate very explosive exercises including kettlebells, ropes, sleds, gym rings and more. My experience with losing weight in early stages of my life has helped me to design classes and training sessions for any fitness level.
