It was soon after this experience that she decided to turn her interest in fitness into a career to help others achieve a fitness lifestyle that she has enjoyed all her life. Janine offers her clients a wealth of experience, ranging from her vast sporting history to injury rehabilitation. She focuses on helping clients change behaviors through weight management and healthy nutritional alternatives.
