My style of training includes weight training, cardio boxing and cardio training. I love weight training because of how it makes myself and my clients feel at the end of the training session. It is wonderful to see people increase their personal strength and feel a sense of achievement.

My training at a boxing gym helped me realise the many benefits of boxing style training. Boxing helps with speed, power, self confidence and if you are having a bad day it is a great stress releaser. Cardio is also about building endurance.
