I like to change up my style depending on who I’m training. I come from a background of sports so my enthusiasm to rev people up shines through. I will train with you if that’s what it takes to push you more! In my training sessions, we always do at least 4 lower body parts, and 4 upper body parts, core work and cardio in between. We use cardio as warmups and then follow a strength routine with cardio in between which may include boxing. I use a lot of weights and body weight exercises.

Education, training and fitness is a life long process not just a quick fix. It is a balance of everything you do. I like to emphasise nutrition and help clients integrate this into their lives. Training Style & Influences
In my training sessions, we always do at least 4 lower body parts, and 4 upper body parts, core work and cardio in between. We use cardio as warmups and then follow a strength routine with cardio in between which may include boxing. I use a lot of weights and body weight exercises.
