During our Boxing Nerang classes, you will learn techniques and how to protect yourself and then if you wish you can progress all the way into the ring. Nerang Boxing is a competitive sport and teaches discipline to all who participate. Boxing is fun and is a great way of keeping fit.

Gymnastics / Gymnasium

Nerang Gymnastics is the perfect sport to teach life skills, including independence, whilst focusing on self-esteem & discipline. Your child will develop balance, coordination, & body strength. Gymnastics in Nerang is conducted in a safe environment in the main PCYC Nerang stadium/hall with our fully accredited gymnastics coaches.
