Welcome to a brand new fitness experience.

The ONE TWO Boxing South Melbourne workout mimics a boxer's training camp, meaning you can workout just like a boxer with no experience needed! When the lights dim and music fills our chamber; prepare to enter a whole new dimension.

Guided by an in-studio instructor and surrounding digital screens, you'll sweat and punch your way through 3 minute rounds with your own low-impact, water-filled boxing bag. Our high-energy workouts are designed for all fitness levels to improve confidence and overall well-being.

Learn how to throw a jab, a cross, hook and uppercut – and do it in style! We’ve combined the perfect blend of boxing, cardio and resistance with over 36 classes per week - 7 days a week.

Start with a pre-workout followed by 6 rounds of boxing; one of the best cardiovascular and total body workouts there is. Finish with 4 rounds of boxer resistance to develop strength, tone and endurance.

Whether it’s your first time boxing or you already know how to throw a ONE TWO; either way we’ve got you covered.

BORED? A variety of classes will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you varying instructor styles, music selection, and interaction with other class-goers.

NO EXPERIENCE? Classes offer a workout for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Simply show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun. No experience necessary!

NOT SURE? When people exercise on their own, they often skip portions of a workout they know less about or don't like. Others quit due to time constraints. Group exercise helps overcome these obstacles with professionally designed classes lasting a short 30 or 45-minutes. Perfect if you don’t have much time, you can choose a class schedule that fits in with your other daily activities.

Regardless of your passion or interest, what is most important is to move. Group exercise lets you do this while having fun!

What to expect on your first time experience at ONE TWO Boxing South Melbourne?

Whether it's your first time boxing, or you already know how to throw a one two, we've got you covered.

1. Download our APP and create an account

2. Bring your water bottle and towel.

3. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and check-in at the Ipad station

4. Our friendly trainers will meet you and provide wraps and gloves, and help you put them on

5. Our trainers will take you to your bag and resistance station and run you through how the class works

5. Wait for the lights to dim, and you are ready to go!

Class Structure:

Classes are broken up into three parts:
Pre-class - consists of 4-5 mins of shadow boxing and learning how to box.
Boxing rounds - learn the sweet science of boxing with our motivated boxing instructors.
Resistance rounds - at your own pace, you’ll work your way through our boxer resistance work.
