Meet Janet

Janet is a Seaford personal trainer. Janet's background is in teaching, working with children specialising in Physical Education. She has always been involved in sports, health and fitness since an early age, playing a variety of team sports including tennis and basketball. She continued to live this active lifestyle into her teenage years participating in gym and aerobics. This is where her passion for fitness grew on a personal level and when an opportunity arose she decided to take it up professionally and followed her dreams.

Training Style & Influences

With my education background, my sessions focus on technique and educating the client about how to do each exercise, as well as why and which muscles are involved. Education, training and fitness is a life long process not just a quick fix. It is a balance of everything you do. I like to emphasise nutrition and help clients integrate this into their lives. I'm a comedian and love to make people laugh, making the sessions more fun and friendly.

    Kids fitness - Working with chidren and PE programs and coaching in fitness for Kelly sports gave me a good foundation to run kids fintess classes to incorporate all types of fitness.

    Circuit Training - I love to run ciruit classes and use cardio circuits to get the heart rate up and combo circuits to utilise resistance training.

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

I love, eat and breath fitness. I want to be able to share my love and belief of it to everyone, hopefully educating them to make it part of their lives.
