Meet Kathy

Kathy is a Noble Park personal trainer. Kathy has made training and healthy living a part of her lifestyle for over 25 years gaining a wealth of experience during this time. She has competed in figure modelling competitions with the IFBB and has won an Australasian Novice figure title. Kathy has also competed in the CAPO deadlifting challenge winning the masters women's category and setting world records for her age and weight division. She has spent many years training and is now looking to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with her clients to help them set their own personal best records.
