Joshua is a Noble Park personal trainer. Joshua has been playing basketball since he was 13 years old and started weight-training since 2010. He completed his Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and personal training at WYN Personal Training and he absolutely loves his job helping people reach their health and fitness goals.

Joshua specialises in Powerlifting, Comp Preparation, Nutrition advice, Strength Training, Muscle gain and weight loss.

Training Style & Influences

My own style is Bodybuilding, I love the training and mental discipline that comes along with the sport and the sacrifice it takes to get to that shape.
