New Level Personal Training Werribee offers 30min 1-on-2 private training sessions. These sessions are designed to allow 2 friends to train together with the one trainer.With 1-on-2 training comes 'accountability'. Through SMS, e-mail, and phone calls our trainers motivate to ensure you are both accountable to your goal. Training with a friend can be an extra motivator as you don't want to let your partner down.With only 2 clients our trainers can still make it "all about you" giving you goal specific training. You do not get lost in the mix.
