Every client of New Level Personal Training Werribee will attend a Health Profile before commencing any personal training sessions.This is your chance to set some bench marks for your training and record your current fitness condition for comparison analysis later in your program.During the Health Profile you will get the opportunity to complete a Program Show-Through. This will ensure you understand what each piece of equipment is designed to do and will ensure you are confident using it. Your trainer will set you some minimum bench marks on certain exercises for you to meet when using your Studio Membership.The Health Profile includes: * Medical Waiver * Commitment Statement * Body Composition * Program Show-Through * Welcome Pack including: Gym Bag, Towel, T-shirt, Sticker, Magnet, Results Diary and Drink Bottle.
