Your PCF Target is the amount of Protein, Carbohydrates & Fat you'll need each day to stay on track. We will map out a detailed eating plan based on your personal body shaping goals.
We have a selection of weekly and daily menus for you to choose from to help you shop, prepare, cook and plan your daily routine.
Using your New Level Results Diary, your trainer will help you to use our PCF Menu Maker. Here you can select and track from a database of over 400 foods and build a balanced, personalised daily or weekly eating plan based on your Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat requirements.
